ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟପରାଗ ପାଇଁ ଛୁଟି ହେବ ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ
ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର : ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୫ ତାରିଖ (ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର) ଦିନ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ପଡ଼ୁଥିବାରୁ ଉକ୍ତ ଦିନଟିକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସୂଚନାନୁସାରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଦିନ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସବୁ ସରକାରୀ ଅଫିସ, ସ୍କୁଲ, କଲେଜ ଆଦି ସମସ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ, ରାଜସ୍ବ ବିଭାଗୀୟ କୋର୍ଟ, ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଂ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ।
ଉଲ୍ଲେଖଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ୨୫ ତାରିଖ (ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର) ଦିନ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ହେବ। ଦୀପାବଳି ଅବସରରେ ଭାରତରେ ଏହା ଆଂଶିକ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟଗ୍ରହଣ ଭାବେ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସମୟରେ ଦେଖାଯିବ। ପୁଣି ୫ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ ୨୦୨୭ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨ ତାରିଖରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ଭାରତରେ ଆଂଶିକ ଭାବେ ଦେଖାଯିବ। ଦୀପାବଳି ପର୍ବ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦେଖାଯିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ବିରଳ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ରେଖାରେ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଆସିବା କାରଣରୁ ପୃଥିବୀର କିଛି ଭୂଭାଗରୁ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଗୋଲ ଦେଖାଯିବ ନାହିଁ । ଅର୍ଥାତ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟଙ୍କ କିଛି ଅଂଶ ପୃଥିବୀ ପୃଷ୍ଠରୁ ଦେଖାଯିବ।
ଭାରତର ଭିନ୍ନ ଭିନ୍ନ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ପାଖାପାଖି ୪ଟା ପରେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷର ଶେଷ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ଦେଖାଯିବ। ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅସ୍ତ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆଂଶିକ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ରହିବ। ଏହା ପରେ ଭାରତରେ ଏହି ଭଳି ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ୨୦୨୭ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ତେବେ ସେହି ସମୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପାଣିପାଗ କାରଣରୁ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗ ଦେଖାଯିବା ଆଶଂକା କମ ରହିବ। ତେଣୁ ଛୁଟି ସମୟରେ ଏହି ବିରଳ ଦୃଶ୍ୟକୁ ନିଜର ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖାଇ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ତଥ୍ୟ ସଂପର୍କରେ ଅବଗତ କରାଇପାରିବେ। ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟୋପରାଗକୁ ସୌର ଚଷମା ଓ ଦୂରବୀକ୍ଷଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟରେ ଦେଖାଯିବା ଦରକାର।
