ପାର୍ବଣ ପାଇଁ ଅପରାଧୀ ଉପରମୁହାଁ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ଗତ କିଛି ଦିନ ହେଲା ଅଶାନ୍ତି ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଅପରପକ୍ଷେ ଅପରାଧୀଙ୍କୁ ସାବାଡ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୁଲିସ୍ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚଢ଼ଉ ଜାରି ରଖିଛି। ଆଜି ସଂଧ୍ୟାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଡିସିପି ପ୍ରତୀକ ସିଂହ କଟକ ରୋଡ୍ରେ ପାଟ୍ରୋଲିଂ କରିଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଅପରାଧୀମାନେ ଏପରି କାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟାଇ ପୁଲିସ୍କୁ ଖୋଲା ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା ହେଉଛି।
